PPI Course Enrollment Changes

Live Online Courses

Listed below are the enrollment changes available for FE, PE and SE Live Online Courses:

  • Transfer, Same Session: schedule change during the same Live Online session (i.e. move from Tue/Thu to Mon/Wed)
  • Transfer, Future Session: postpone enrollment until the Live Online session immediately following your course (i.e. switch from February to June course). Limit two transfers.
  • Cancel: removal from course enrollment and all access
  • Risk-Free Transfer: postpone enrollment until the following Live Online session because you found out you cannot sit for the upcoming exam (must provide PPI with the application communication from your state board)
  • Risk-Free Cancel: removal from course enrollment because you found out you cannot sit for the upcoming exam (must provide PPI with the application communication from your state board)

Important Policy Notes:

  • Transfers to a future session can only be made into the session immediately following your course.
  • There is a limit of two (2) transfers to a future session.
  • Cancellations and refunds are forfeited once you transfer to a future session.
  • All transfers and cancellations include the Live Online course, OnDemand Course, and PPI Learning Hub digital materials.
  • If you enrolled after the first live lecture date, your purchase date will serve as the first lecture date.
  • If you transfer into a future course, your course materials (OnDemand recordings, PPI Learning Hub, syllabus, etc.) will become available again on the following dates:
    • For courses starting in January/February (course code includes “01”): November 1 of the previous year
    • For courses starting in June/July/August (course code includes “07”): May 1 of the same year
    • For courses starting in September/October (course code includes “10”): July 1 of the same year

How to Request Your Enrollment Change

  • Use the Contact Us Form.
  • Subject Line: Live Online Enrollment Change
  • Choose "Course & Video Support" under the Department drop-down.
  • In the "Comment" field, include your original order number, email address, and type of enrollment change (i.e. transfer future session, cancel, etc.).
  • If requesting a Risk-Free enrollment change, attach the application communication from your state board.

OnDemand Courses

Listed below are the enrollment changes available for FE, PE, and SE OnDemand Courses:

  • Upgrade: switching from a OnDemand course to a Live Online course before your OnDemand access ends
  • Cancel: removal from course enrollment and all access
  • Risk-Free Cancel: removal from the course because you found out you cannot sit for the upcoming exam (must provide PPI with the application communication from your state board)

Materials Policy

  • PPI may release new editions of books and change online content when exam specifications and codes change. Students who change their enrollment dates are responsible for purchase of online access and course materials, including new editions. There may be book upgrades available.
